Financial Incentives and Estimated Savings

For the avoidance of doubt, any financial incentive or estimated savings received from the installation of this Solar PV or Renewable Energy System, as well as any ancillary products, are not linked in any way to your credit agreement with the Finance Lender. You will be required to pay amounts that you owe under your credit agreement with the Finance Lender, in full, regardless of the financial benefits you earn from the Solar PV or Renewable Energy System.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the credit agreement before the end of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which you signed your credit agreement.

CUSTOMER DECLARATION

By signing this form, I confirm that

• I have had a full explanation of the products/goods and the installation process and understand all aspects.
• I fully understand that any financial incentive or estimated savings received from the installation of this product is not linked to my credit agreement.
• The purchase agreement that has been provided to me separately by the Retailer named above in respect of my purchase forms part of the agreement between us and together the purchase agreement, the credit agreement and this Validation Sheet constitute the entire agreement ("Renewable Energy Contract") between us and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between us, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
• Each party acknowledges that in entering into the Renewable Energy Contract it does not rely on, and shall have no remedies in respect of, any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in this Renewable Energy Contract but this does not affect your rights and our liability in relation to any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation for which we are responsible.
• Each party agrees that it shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in this Renewable Energy Contract.
• I fully understand I am entering into a credit agreement with the Finance Lender named within this document.
• All the information on the credit application is accurate and I am not aware of any change in circumstances that would affect my ability to repay the loan provided by the Finance Lender.
• I understand that I must pay the minimum monthly payments set out in my credit agreement every month by direct debit but additional capital repayments can be made to reduce the term, the total amount of interest and the total amount payable.
• I understand how the loan works and the requirement to make repayments is not affected in any way by the benefits or savings that any installation generates.
• I was given the opportunity to ask questions about the loan and understood all answers provided.
• I understand that data relating to my use of the products/goods may be processed using Microsoft's Azure Platform which means that my data may pass outside the EEA.

I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE TAKEN ALL REASONABLE STEPS TO ENSURE THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY MYSELF WITHIN THIS DOCUMENT IS CORRECT
