Had steve and his team come to install solar panels and air source heat pump. Rang to enquire and was left feeling so well informed that I agreed to work quicker than I usually would. Left feeling very confident about the products. Works was completed in an exceptionally timely manner and to an agreed schedule. All work has been done to a very high standard. No pressure in terms of sale. Very professional company who I would highly recommend. No complaints from a very satisfied customer.

  Brilliant service from Start to finish, I made an enquiry and that was all I had to do! Everything was explained to us when Malcom did our home visit and follow up visit by Steve was just as good when he did our heat survey. All questions were answered clearly and in a way that we could understand. After we agreed to go ahead with the installation, everything moved along quickly. We were given an installation date and we didn’t have to do any chasing. Steve kept in touch with us consistently throughout the process. Installation workers came and were very friendly and professional. They did the job quickly and ensured that everything was cleaned up afterwards. Jon kept in touch with us and was happy to explain what he was doing in terms of installation. We felt the difference instantly. We were used to living in a very cold house and only had a log burner to rely upon which took hours to warm up even a small part of the house. We were very grateful when we realised that the system keeps the house at a comfortable temperature at all times and it is extremely easy to use and adapt. In conclusion, we are delighted with the service that we have received. It was a very quick process from start to finish and everyone who was involved worked professionally and were very pleasant. This efficient and eco friendly system is brilliant and we would definitely recommend to friends and family. A big thank you from 2 happy customers!
